Balance 'n' Bones

Seminar Room 1 at Leeton Hospital
Monday and Friday – 10.00am
Balance ’n’ Bones is a video fitness program developed by U3A specifically for seniors.

The program focuses on:
• Maintaining physical fitness and strengthening bones.
• Improving coordination and preventing falls through a series of moderate exercise classes that include balance, strengthening, stretching, coordination and relaxation exercises.

History Group

Last Thursday of the month – 2pm
Members choose a topic or historical event, conduct research, bring their findings to a future meeting for presentation and discussion
